As a Relationship Manager II – Healthcare within PNC's Business Banking organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA. PNC does not provide sponsorship for employment visas.
Job Responsibilities- Coordinates relationship‑management activities with new and/or existing clients in a book of business to grow sales, revenue, and market share with relevant sales goals. Works primarily with clients of moderate risk and complexity, generally under moderate supervision.
- Acquires, expands, and retains client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet.
- Focuses on client opportunities by providing ideas and insights based on an understanding of the client’s needs and financial well‑being, thereby increasing engagement and loyalty.
- Builds an effective network of internal and external relationships, including community and industry contacts, to actively acquire new clients, expand existing ones, and enhance the client experience. Brings the entire bank to the client by presenting the full range of PNC’s products and services, leveraging reporting and sales tools to proactively identify and convert sales opportunities.
- Through discovery conversations, identifies and implements client solutions and collaborates with internal business partners as appropriate. Executes contact‑management strategy using available tools and resources, and regularly meets with business partners to communicate and review results and pipeline management.
- Customer Focused – Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions, and able to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.
- Managing Risk – Assesses and effectively manages all risks associated with business objectives and activities to ensure they adhere to and support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
