Position SummaryThe Strategic Partnership Operations Specialist supports Medi Connect's partnership growth efforts by converting inbound and partner-generated leads into scheduled appointments while maintaining accurate CRM data and supporting events.
This role combines appointment setting, lead management, CRM administration, reporting, and event coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, comfortable with phone outreach, and motivated by measurable results.
Key Responsibilities Lead Conversion & Appointment Setting- Respond to inbound inquiries and follow up on partner-generated leads
- Conduct outbound calls to schedule appointments for advisors
- Confirm appointments and maintain consistent follow-up
- Help improve contact rates, appointment volume, and show rates
- Maintain accurate records in Insightly CRM
- Track lead activity, appointments, and outcomes
- Monitor pipeline progress and identify stalled opportunities
- Ensure timely and consistent lead follow-up
- Assist with seminars, educational events, and community outreach initiatives
- Support event preparation, attendee tracking, and follow-up
- Attend events as needed to help generate appointments and collect prospect information
- Track key metrics including calls, appointments, attendance, and conversions
- Identify trends and opportunities for process improvement
- Provide insights to support operational efficiency and lead conversion
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Experience with CRM systems (Insightly preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through consistently
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
- Willingness to attend occasional evening events
- Appointment setting, customer service, inside sales, or lead follow-up
- Event coordination or community outreach
- Medicare, healthcare, insurance, or senior services experience preferred
This position serves as the bridge between partnership development and revenue generation. By ensuring timely follow-up, strong lead management, and organized event support, this role directly impacts growth, partner satisfaction, and client experience.
