Job Overview
Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store, are integral members of the Retail Team who bring the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. They create energy and excitement around our products and services, engaging customers in a high‑traffic environment to build and deepen relationships.
Job Responsibilities- Proactively engage a broad range of customers in a highly‑traffic retail environment using digital tools, communicating effectively, educating customers, and showcasing the value of T-Mobile solutions.
- Leverage digital self‑serve tools during customer interactions and onboarding, identifying customer needs and applying solution‑based selling techniques to demonstrate the full value of T‑Mobile products and services.
- Complete training on the T‑Mobile in‑store experience, new skills, products and processes, and stay current with system knowledge and reference resources.
- Build strong customer relationships, communicate personality‑matching, and exceed customer expectations. Drive sales activity, capture referrals, manage back‑up processes, and perform price overrides for specialty offers.
- Collaborate with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience from account set‑up through device support and account servicing.
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment (Preferred)

Hourly Base Pay: $19.50 plus $5.00 per hour training pay. Mobile Associates receive on‑the‑job training in the first 90 days and are eligible for hourly training pay. After training, Mobile Associates can promote to the Mobile Expert role with an annualized incentive target of $18,000/year (actual incentives vary). All employees are guaranteed to earn $20 per hour inclusive of base pay and incentives.
