The Corporate Account Manager (CAM) role in Orapharma is responsible for large account management strategy and execution within community-based key focus accounts designated by the targeting methodology created by the organization. The Corporate Account Manager approaches each customer with a total account management perspective by leveraging all available and approved resources appropriately. They collaborate with business partners (within and outside the company) to accurately and compliantly articulate our value proposition to customers.
Our direct customers are dentists, periodontists, hygienists, office staff, and DSO Regional Leadership personnel.
- Gain a deep understanding of customer objectives, challenges and market forces and then translate this knowledge into developing strategic plans to optimize customer engagement and account outcomes.
- Partner with DSO Regional Leadership in patient identification initiatives within accounts focused on tailoring a process and operationalizing products specific to that account/practice.
- Facilitate quarterly/monthly business reviews with key focus accounts to drive utilization of products.
- Provide market place feedback in a timely manner to corporate leadership on customer business trends, competitive updates and industry issues and opportunities.
- Update accounts on key private and public payer changes that may impact infusion process.
- Work in concert with the Sales, Marketing, and other internal stakeholders to ensure that corporate product objectives are met.
- Operate consistently within Bausch Health compliance standards.
- Associate’s degree required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years dental sales or DSO experience highly preferred.
- P&L management at national account level, including creating and executing business plans with national level accounts preferred.
- Healthcare account experience strongly preferred, building C‑suite and regional level business relationship.
- Ability to understand and present clinical information.
- Must reside in defined geography.
- Overnight travel required; this role would require up to 60%–70% overnight travel.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving history to drive a company vehicle.
The range of starting base pay for this role is 90K-135K. Actual starting pay will be based on a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, qualifications, education and location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for participation in either (i) our annual bonus program or (ii) a sales incentive plan.
