Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Outside Sales Representative role based in Essington, PA. The Outside Sales Representative will identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and scheduling on-site meetings with potential and existing clients. This role will conduct in-person sales presentations and product demonstrations, clearly explaining Logic’s physical security, access control, and infrastructure solutions. The individual will develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in facilities, operations, and IT, providing responsive follow-up and ongoing account management.

Day-to-day activities include preparing proposals and quotes, collaborating with internal technical teams to design tailored solutions, managing a sales pipeline, and achieving sales targets while accurately updating CRM records and sales reports.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales and presentation skills, including experience with Sales Presentations and clearly communicating technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability in Relationship Building and Customer Service, with a focus on long-term client partnerships and account management.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt messaging to diverse audiences and roles.
  • Demonstrated success in New Business Development, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals in a B2B environment.
  • Prior experience in security systems, access control, video surveillance, or low voltage/infrastructure sales is strongly preferred.
  • Comfort working in the field, visiting client sites, and collaborating with internal installation and engineering teams.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage a sales territory, pipeline, and deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally within the region; occasional travel outside the region as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field is a plus.
