Position SummaryThe Territory Sales Manager (TSM) is responsible for growing and managing a defined territory by driving sales of new and used equipment, attachments, and related solutions. This is a field-based role ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities- Represent BOBCAT of Pittsburgh with professionalism and integrity
- Grow territory revenue, market share, and profitability
- Prospect and develop new business through:
- Cold calling and job site visits
- Networking and relationship building
- Conduct equipment and attachment demonstrations
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts
- Utilize CRM tools to track activity and drive pipeline growth
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity
- Provide consultative solutions based on customer needs
- Partner with Regional Sales Manager to execute growth strategies
- Meet and exceed sales goals
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to generate business, negotiate, and close deals
- Self-starter with a competitive, results-driven mindset
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and on a team
- CRM experience preferred
- Willingness to travel within territory and work flexible hours
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions
- Physical ability to climb in and out of equipment for demos
