Jeff D'Ambrosio Auto Group is a high-volume, customer-focused dealership dedicated to providing an exceptional car-buying experience. We serve a diverse customer base and are looking for a bilingual Spanish-speaking Salesperson to help us better serve our Spanish-speaking community.
Job OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and energetic Spanish-speaking Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping customers find the perfect vehicle while providing outstanding service in both English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities- Assist Spanish-speaking and English-speaking customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable buying experience.
- Communicate effectively in both Spanish and English, explaining financing options, vehicle features, and dealership services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay up to date on inventory, promotions, and industry trends to provide accurate information.
- Work closely with the finance and management teams to complete sales transactions.
- Previous experience preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (fluent in both spoken and written communication).
- Prior automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required—we provide training!
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- A positive, outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to dealership sales processes.
- A valid driver's license.
