All-Around Removal Services is seeking a highly motivated, organized, and results-driven Marketing & Business Development Coordinator to help grow our demolition and clean-out division throughout Philadelphia, Bucks County, South Jersey, and surrounding areas.
The ideal candidate must be proficient in social media marketing, client communication, lead generation, and business development. This individual will be responsible for building relationships, generating leads, managing online engagement, and helping convert prospects into paying clients.

Skills & Qualifications
Proficient with Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, and Linked In
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to write professional emails, text messages, social media posts, and proposals
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Professional, respectful, and customer-focused
Self-motivated go-getter with a positive attitude
Ability to follow up consistently with leads and prospects
Comfortable communicating with contractors, property managers, developers, investors, realtors, restoration companies, and homeowners
Ability to learn and understand demolition, clean-out, and site preparation services
Experience with CRM systems, lead tracking, and customer follow-up is preferred
Primary Responsibilities
Manage and grow company presence on Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, and Linked In
Create and post engaging content promoting demolition and clean-out services
Respond to inquiries and messages promptly
Generate new leads through online outreach and networking
Build relationships with contractors, property managers, developers, investors, and commercial clients
Schedule appointments and estimate requests
Follow up with new leads, past clients, and referral partners
Assist with proposal and estimate follow-up campaigns
Track all lead activity and communication within the company CRM
Help close deals and convert leads into paying customers
Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, and client retention programs
Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships

Measurable contribution to new client acquisition and revenue growth
Compensation
Base Pay + Performance Bonuses + Commission Opportunities Based on New Business Generated.
