Sales Rep

Vector Marketing is currently holding virtual interviews for entry level sales rep positions. Our representatives sell Cutco products through one‑on‑one appointments that emphasize customer service. Cutco products focus on the kitchen and some gardening tools. No prior experience is required because our training is designed to help people do well immediately.

We provide flexible schedules for anyone looking to make extra income around their busy schedule. We are interviewing for immediate openings.

Reps are paid weekly – $30.00 base per appointment (not based on sales or results) or commissions based on performance. There is an opportunity to make more, but a fallback exists even in an off week.

We teach reps how to do well in this role before they start and offer continued support and additional training as time goes on. Reps who work long term have opportunities to move into management or senior sales professional paths.

We help reps create schedules that work best for them. Some work as much as possible while others choose to be super‑part‑time around commitments such as classes, full‑time jobs, internships, vacations, or family. Sales reps work locally after training; meetings and training are held in the office.

People who have done well with us in the past have experience in retail, fast food, cashiering, administrative assistance, receptionist/office work, landscaping, and almost any field you can imagine. Some reps have had no work experience. We welcome all applicants with a positive attitude who are willing to work hard and learn new things.
