Service Analyst , Dealer & Investor Services

Role Overview

The SIDCO Dealer and Investor Services Team seeks a representative to support prospective and current investors, financial intermediaries, and marketing efforts for mutual fund and alternative investment clients.

• Handle inbound calls and correspondence.
• Make outbound calls for campaign support.
• Process dealer agreement requests.
• Participate in team initiatives, projects, and training.
• Maintain industry knowledge and best practices.

• B.S. or B.A. in Business, Communications, or related field; equivalent work experience.
• Minimum one year of industry‑related experience; prior contact center or brokerage experience preferred.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63 required, or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Experience with Excel and SharePoint is a plus.

• Strong prospecting skills by telephone.
• Adaptability in an open‑floor environment.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication.
