Job Overview
Exciting opportunity to earn a $2,500 bonus when you join our team. As a B2B Sales Executive – Mobility, you’ll work with AT&T’s cutting‑edge business products and services, focusing on mobility solutions. Your goal is to generate new sales revenue through prospecting and hunting within your territory and delivering customized, value‑added solutions that solve customer business priorities.
Responsibilities- Lead Generation & Prospecting – actively hunt new leads, conduct cold calls and door knocks, and meet or exceed weekly quotas.
- Client Engagement – understand the communication and technology needs of small and mid‑size business customers and present tailored growth opportunities.
- Account Development – develop new accounts and expand existing ones by establishing and nurturing long‑term relationships.
- Consultative Selling – use consultative skills to overcome objections, identify trends, uncover needs, and close sales opportunities.
- Proposal Development – craft responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and present relevant products and services.
- Strategic Initiatives – design and implement initiatives to grow and retain revenue from complex accounts while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Hunter Mindset – relentless drive to seek leads and close deals, with resilience and perseverance.
- Networking & Negotiation – strong ability to network and negotiate effectively.
- Valid Driver’s License – satisfactory driving record, current auto insurance, and reliable vehicle for market transport.
- Sales Targets – proven ability to meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Experience – 2–5 years of outside sales/B2B sales (outside telecommunications preferred).
- Technical Knowledge – experience with fiber broadband technology and mobility products.
- CRM Proficiency – adept at managing sales funnels and using CRM systems.
Base salary: competitive range of $93,300 to $117,500 at 100% of target. Commission earnings capped at 500% of target, with annual earning potential up to $225,000 or more. Weekly hours: 40. Time type:
