• Fluent in English and Spanish (must be able to read, write & speak Spanish)
• Minimum of 6 months sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality

• Engage with consumers about NRG electricity and gas
• Help customers lower their energy costs
• Uncover consumer desires and overcome objections
• Foster professional relationships with customers and coworkers
• Welcome customers and politely offer solutions
• Collaborate with team to accomplish goals and celebrate success
• Maintain professional interaction with customers and coworkers
• Accurately document and report sales
• Ensure work station is clean and presentable

• Average sales reps expected to earn between $800 - $1,000 weekly
