As our Home Care Sales & Marketing Representative, you'll be the face of our agency in the community, developing strong relationships and generating new referral opportunities.

• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, assisted living communities, physicians, case managers, social workers, discharge planners, and other healthcare professionals.
• Promote our home care services through in-person meetings, presentations, networking events, and community outreach.
• Identify and develop new referral partnerships and business opportunities.
• Manage and follow up on leads to help families access the care they need.
• Work closely with our office team to ensure a smooth and positive client onboarding experience.
• Represent At Peace Healthcare Agency with professionalism, compassion, and integrity.
• Achieve and exceed monthly referral and sales goals.

• Experience in home care sales, healthcare marketing, medical sales, or business development.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑starter with the ability to work independently and manage your schedule.
• Comfortable with networking, cold/warm outreach, and face‑to‑face marketing.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Basic computer skills (CRM experience is a plus).
• Passion for helping others and serving the community.
