- Proven experience in HVAC sales or a related home services field
- Solid understanding of HVAC systems, products, and industry best practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- A self-starter attitude with a drive to meet and exceed sales goals
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications
- A valid driver’s license with clean driving record
