Role Responsibilities
  • Conducting in-home consultations with pre-qualified leads
  • Presenting customized HVAC solutions based on client preferences and system requirements
  • Preparing and delivering accurate estimates in a timely manner
  • Following up with clients and guiding them through the decision-making process
  • Collaborating with installation teams to ensure a smooth and professional customer experience
  • Maintaining up-to-date records and completing necessary documentation.
Role Requirements
  • Proven experience in HVAC sales or a related home services field
  • Solid understanding of HVAC systems, products, and industry best practices
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset
  • A self-starter attitude with a drive to meet and exceed sales goals
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications
  • A valid driver’s license with clean driving record
