Position: Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, Endocrinology (Rare)
Location: Upper Darby

Role Responsibilities

  • Achieve territory sales goals by promoting products/services to physicians and other medical personnel in assigned geography.
  • Educate customers on appropriate use, characteristics, and approved indications.
  • Professionally represent the company; maintain visibility and customer service.
  • Maintain effective communication and relationships with external/internal customers.
  • Promote and educate specialty physicians via one‑on‑one meetings, group presentations, and approved speaker programs.
  • Meet territory product sales goals and activity goals using defined metrics while following ethical sales practices, compliance guidelines, and promotional regulations.
  • Execute approved Product Marketing plans and territory/regional business plans.
  • Support targeted customers/accounts using approved resources, sales materials, and initiatives.
  • Manage and maintain company equipment and approved promotional materials per compliance guidelines.
  • Execute territory strategy using business plans and sales reports.
  • Attend company-sponsored sales/medical meetings.
  • Pursue continuous learning and professional sales development.
Qualifications / Requirements
  • BA/BS required; 2+ years promoting rare disease products.
  • 5–7+ years successful pharmaceutical sales experience.
  • Valid US state‑issued driver’s license.
Skills / Competencies
  • Strong sales process knowledge; proven sustained sales performance.
  • Leadership, teamwork, attention to detail, self‑starter, problem‑solving, organization, adaptability, professionalism.
  • Strong written/verbal communication; analytical, multi‑tasking, decision‑making, accountability.
Working Conditions
  • Periodic evening/weekend work; periodic overnight travel; travel up to 70%.
Compensation
  • Anticipated base salary range: $110,000–$190,000.
