Job Description
Our Sales team supports customers by providing clinical information, educational materials, and training resources. We help healthcare providers and systems meet patient goals. The territory covers North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee. The selected candidate must reside within this territory. Travel is 50%.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage Clinical Account Specialists in identifying customer needs.
- Coach specialists, oversee training, and complete people‑management processes.
- Develop and provide resources for the customer team to address customer needs.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
- Professional sales experience or experience in the healthcare/scientific field (pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical devices) that is not sales related, professional marketing experience, or military experience.
- Previous field sales management experience.
- Experience working with key thought leaders or high‑influence customers in large group practices, hospitals, or managed care organizations.
- Experience in marketing, managed care, or sales support within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Ability to establish relationships and networks within a customer organization.
- Strong leadership skills with experience leading teams through change and challenges using situational coaching and emotional intelligence.
- Self‑starter comfortable leading a team through ambiguity, with a capacity to envision what can be in a new organization.
- Customer‑centric mindset and active listening skills.
- Demonstrated account planning and management skills with strong collaboration across teams.
- Six to eight years of sales experience or 10+ years of equivalent experience, with at least 4 years in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or medical device industries.
