The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $105,000 annually with a 35% bonus opportunity under the Sales Incentive Plan.
This Is How You WOW- Drive Strategic Growth:
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth within the government and industrial sectors, aligning with the company's overall business goals. - Manage Rental Relationships:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with Rental Rep Groups in the territory, including National and regional Rental houses, while engaging Business Development Managers on strategic growth accounts. - Execute Regional Initiatives:
Execute Target Group (TG) initiatives within the region, actively promoting our premier product lines including sweepers, scrubbers, and vacuums. - Support & Train Teams:
Provide layered support and comprehensive training on the entire Industrial product portfolio to Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) and customers to grow regional sales. - Expand Networks & Platforms:
Develop a robust Dealer network within the region to drive incremental opportunities, promoting channel-agnostic, solutions-based platforms (equipment, chemicals, parts, and service).
- Solid Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven Sales
Experience:
5+ years of successful industrial/government sales management experience with a sharp attention to detail. - Analytical & Communication
Skills:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret retail data, reports, and complex business correspondence to effectively solve internal and external concerns. - Strong Mathematical & Technical Aptitude:
Competency in performing sales-related calculations (discounts, percentages) and leveraging computer software to create and interpret data for management and customers. - Critical Thinking:
Proven ability to identify problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw logical conclusions to provide best‑fulfillment solutions.

Duties are primarily performed in a general office environment with moderate noise and activity. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, perform repetitive motions, write, and display advanced speaking and communication skills. Limited travel may be required to support customers and dealer networks.
