Client Interaction:
Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their insurance needs.
Policy Recommendation:
Guide clients in choosing suitable insurance products tailored to their requirements.
Sales Targets:
Achieve or exceed sales targets through a proactive approach.
Follow‑Up:
Ensure timely follow‑ups on leads and prospects, ensuring a seamless client experience.
Community Engagement:
Actively participate in community events to enhance the agency's presence and build relationships.
Industry Knowledge:
Stay updated with product offerings, industry trends, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance.
Licensing:
Must have or be willing to acquire the necessary Pennsylvania Property & Casualty insurance licenses promptly. Licensing assistance available.
Experience:
Previous experience in sales or customer service is highly advantageous.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
