OverviewAn Inside Sales Coordinator role based in Scranton, PA, supporting major customer accounts by coordinating production, inventory, and shipments within a fast-moving operation. The position offers long-term career growth, training, and stability. Commutable from Pittston, Kingston, Wilkes-Barre, Clarks Summit, Carbondale, and Honesdale.
Responsibilities- Manage customer orders, inventory, production scheduling, and shipments
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Work Monday–Friday, day shift, onsite in Scranton, PA
- Receive full training on systems, processes, and customer accounts
- Experience in customer service, inside sales, logistics, scheduling, or operational support
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate with customers
- Basic Excel and spreadsheet skills
