Sales Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Sales Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our sales and engineering teams by helping customers understand our products, providing technical expertise throughout the sales process, and delivering solutions that meet their business needs.

• Partner with the sales team to identify customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and technical workshops.
• Respond to technical questions and prepare proposals, quotations, and solution documentation.
• Assist with proof-of-concept projects and product evaluations.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to communicate customer feedback and improve offerings.
• Support customers during implementation and provide post‑sales technical guidance when needed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Stay current on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or solution consulting.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  
  Excellent problem‑solving and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.
