Essential Duties:

• Receive all inbound sales calls and set appointments
• Support online customers by setting appointments
• Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction
• Continually learn about services offered, recalls, product updates, features, accessories, inventory and their benefits to the customer

Qualification:

• Must have appointment setting experience
• Comfortable and familiar with computers and databases
• Good organizational skills
• Good telephone skills
• Must be a team player
