Position SummaryOur client is seeking a Sales & Marketing Assistant to support daily sales operations, marketing initiatives, and client experience throughout the homebuilding process. This position serves as a key point of contact for prospective homeowners while providing administrative, marketing, and project coordination support. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
Responsibilities- Sales & Client Support
- Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective and current clients, delivering exceptional customer service throughout the home buying journey.
- Respond to inquiries, schedule appointments, and maintain ongoing communication with customers from initial contact through project completion.
- Support the sales team by preparing estimates, presentations, contracts, and customer documentation.
- Maintain accurate customer information within the CRM system and ensure all records remain up to date.
- Assist with warranty communication and customer follow-up after the sale.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns across digital, print, and community outreach platforms.
- Create and organize promotional materials, advertisements, and social media content.
- Assist with planning and executing home shows, open houses, community events, and other marketing initiatives.
- Maintain the appearance of model homes, showroom displays, and marketing materials to ensure brand consistency.
- Build and maintain relationships with lenders, vendors, and business partners to enhance the customer experience.
- Coordinate customer selections and document design decisions throughout the pre-construction process.
- Review contracts, pricing, and supporting documentation for completeness before client presentation.
- Assist with residential plan coordination and ensure required documentation is prepared for permitting.
- Work closely with internal departments, manufacturers, and customers to help keep projects moving on schedule.
- Monitor project progress, communicate updates, and help resolve issues that could impact timelines.
- Welcome visitors and provide professional front desk coverage.
- Answer incoming calls, manage correspondence, and direct inquiries appropriately.
- Maintain organized electronic and paper files, contracts, and project documentation.
- Assist with invoices, budgets, reports, and other administrative tasks.
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and general office organization.
- Support leadership with scheduling, meetings, reporting, and special projects as assigned.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales support, marketing, administrative support, or project coordination.
- Strong computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Professional, outgoing, and customer-focused with strong relationship-building abilities.
- Knowledge of residential construction, homebuilding, or real estate is preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with the ability to travel locally as needed.
- Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends for customer events or marketing activities.
- Ability to alternate between sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday.
- Ability to travel locally to model homes, job sites, meetings, and community events.
- Ability to lift and carry marketing materials, office supplies, or displays weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to work on a computer and operate standard office equipment for extended periods.
- Ability to move throughout office, showroom, and construction environments as needed.
