Manage all beer and wine sales and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards;
Forecasting, planning, and manage all beverage orders, staff and financial results to maximize sales and revenue;
Maintain inventory levels and proper ordering to maximize sales and minimize out-of-date product;
Coordinate with beverage and wine vendors on product displays and seasonal products;
Provide training to employees on products and procedures to ensure product knowledge and PLCB compliance
