Job Category:

- Keep current with new products and promotions.
- Manage existing customers.
- Seek and develop new customers. This includes personal visits to existing and potential new customers in an assigned territory.
- Learn the Kenworth truck specing process, proposal development, order completion, and deal closure procedures.
- Be an effective administrator and have the ability to communicate.
- Previous sales experience with heavy duty trucks highly desirable. Sales experience with automobiles and/or heavy equipment will also be considered.
- Excellent customer service experience and strong communication skills. Must be reliable, friendly, customer focused and team oriented.
- Solid time management, analytical skills, and computer skills are necessary
- Class B or A CDL (including manual shift transmissions) is preferred upon hire. A minimum of a CDL learner’s permit will be required within six months of employment
