No insurance experience? No problem. We provide licensing support, training, and a proven sales process to help you succeed from day one.

• Build relationships with referral partners (realtors, lenders, and local professionals)
• Learn how to generate new business through networking and outreach
• Work opportunities within an existing book of business
• Quote and sell personal lines insurance (home, auto, umbrella)
• Provide a consultative experience by helping clients understand coverage options
• Develop and track your own pipeline while working toward sales goals

• Motivated individuals looking to start or grow a career in sales
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
• Comfortable talking to new people and building relationships
• Competitive, goal-oriented, and driven by income potential
• Coachable and eager to follow a proven process

• Must be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty (P&C) license
• Full licensing support provided, including guidance and resources

• Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
