Used Car Sales Manager

Asbury Automotive Group seeks a driven Used Car Sales Manager to lead a high-performing pre-owned sales team. In this role you'll manage used inventory, pricing, and merchandising, drive sales processes, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. You will train and coach sales associates, monitor KPIs, and partner with finance and service teams to structure profitable deals. Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the used car sales team to achieve volume, gross profit, and customer satisfaction goals
• Manage used vehicle inventory, pricing, merchandising, and aging to maximize turn and profitability
• Develop and track sales forecasts, KPIs, and daily processes to drive consistent performance
• Partner with finance, service, and appraisals to optimize trade-ins and deal structure
• Ensure compliance with dealership, manufacturer, and regulatory policies and procedures
• Recruit, train, and mentor sales associates, promoting a performance-driven, customer-focused culture
• Resolve escalated customer issues and maintain high CSI scores
• Implement sales processes, digital retailing, and follow-up strategies to grow market share
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adjust pricing and inventory strategies
• Maintain accurate documentation, CRM records, and reporting for all sales activities
