Position Overview
As a Relationship Manager II Healthcare in PNC's Business Banking organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA. You will coordinate relationship‑management activities with existing and new clients, grow sales, revenue, and market share, and deepen client engagement through customized solutions and the full range of PNC’s products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients grow sales, revenue and market share.
- Acquires and/or expands and retains client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet.
- Focus on client opportunities by providing ideas and insights based on an understanding of the client’s needs and financial well‑being.
- Build an effective network of internal and external relationships to acquire new clients, expand existing ones, and enhance the client experience.
- Through discovery conversations, identify and implement client solutions and collaborate with internal partners to execute on contact management strategy, using available tools and resources.

Roles at this level typically require a university or college degree with at least 5+ years of industry‑relevant experience. A comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
