Sales Representative

Securitas Technology seeks a Sales Representative to drive growth in integrated electronic security and life safety solutions for commercial and enterprise clients. You will prospect and qualify accounts, assess customer risks and requirements, and design tailored video surveillance, access control, intrusion, and monitoring solutions. Partnering with technical and project teams, you'll manage the full sales cycle, from discovery and proposals to close, while upholding our culture of safety, integrity, innovation, and customer-focused service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify commercial, industrial, and enterprise clients for electronic security and life safety solutions
• Conduct needs assessments and design tailored video surveillance, access control, intrusion, and monitoring solutions
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations of technology platforms and services
• Prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts aligned with client requirements and company pricing standards
• Manage and grow a sales pipeline, meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Collaborate with engineering, project management, and monitoring teams to ensure smooth solution delivery
• Maintain accurate records in CRM, including activities, forecasts, and account plans
• Build long-term customer relationships focused on safety, risk management, and service excellence
• Stay current on industry trends, security technologies, and competitor offerings
• Represent Securitas Technology at industry events and client meetings to promote brand and solutions
