You'll conduct in-home consultations, inspect exterior conditions, present tailored solutions, and close contracts while providing a high-integrity, customer-focused experience. Collaborate with operations to ensure accurate measurements and smooth installs. Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations with pre-set residential leads
• Inspect roofing, siding, windows, doors, gutters, and insulation conditions
• Present tailored home improvement solutions and pricing
• Prepare proposals and close contracts with homeowners
• Use CRM to track leads, appointments, and follow-up activities
• Collaborate with operations for accurate measurements and handoff
• Educate customers on products, warranties, and financing options
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain a high level of product and construction knowledge
• Provide an ethical, customer-focused sales experience
