Advisor Endzone & Loyalty Front End

Join DICK'S Sporting Goods as an Advisor Endzone & Loyalty Front End, helping athletes get the most from every visit. You'll greet customers, process accurate transactions, and champion our Endzone and loyalty programs by explaining benefits, enrolling new members, and promoting offers that enhance their experience. You'll support e-commerce services, maintain a clean and organized front end, and partner with teammates to hit store and loyalty goals while living our passion for sports, service, and community every day.

Responsibilities

• Deliver knowledgeable, friendly service to DICK'S athletes, focusing on Endzone & Loyalty programs at the front end
• Clearly explain and enroll customers in loyalty, credit, and rewards programs
• Process transactions accurately, including sales, returns, and exchanges
• Promote current offers and drive attachment to loyalty and digital experiences
• Support e-commerce services such as BOPIS/ship-to-store as needed
• Maintain front-end standards for cleanliness, signage, and merchandise presentation
• Resolve basic customer issues or escalate to leadership when appropriate
• Collaborate with store team to meet performance and loyalty enrollment goals
