Job Description
At The Atlantic District, we believe that insurance is about more than just numbers on a page—it is about the peace of mind we help our neighbors in Lemont Furnace maintain every single day. We are currently looking for a Lead Agent who shares our belief that community connection is the heartbeat of a successful business. When you join our office, you are not just checking boxes or chasing quotas;
you are becoming a go-to resource for people during some of the most important chapters of their lives. You will find that our environment is built on mutual support and a genuine desire to see everyone succeed. We value the human side of insurance, prioritizing authentic conversations and clear, honest advice over complicated jargon. If you enjoy building long‑term relationships and want to help shape the future of our local presence, we invite you to bring your experience and your unique perspective to our team.
Here, your work is recognized, your voice is heard, and you have the space to grow your career while making a tangible difference in our community.
