We are seeking a motivated and experienced Regional Sales Representative to join our team and expand our presence in the southeast area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete block manufacturing, proven industry knowledge, and a successful track record in sales. This role offers a base salary plus commission, providing excellent earning potential for a driven professional.

• Develop and grow sales within the northeast region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identify opportunities to expand Bergen Industries’ market share.
• Provide technical expertise and product knowledge to customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and support..

• Proven sales experience in the construction or manufacturing industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage regional sales territory.
• Willingness to travel within the northeast region.
• PA, OH, NJ, NY, DE, MD, NH,VA, WV, MA, ME, CT
• Overnight stays are required
