Job description
Sales and Marketing is responsible for increasing occupancy, through both inside and outside sales and by developing positive and lasting relationships within the local community & surrounding areas. This position is fast-paced offering variety and mobility. The community liaison will coordinate marketing visits to the community; aspects of the move-in process; participate in various community activities, organizations, and professional groups to make our community the residence of choice in the area.
In this role you will have the opportunity to learn new things and challenge yourself. We are looking for a go-getter who thinks outside the box!
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective business development strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and manage customer accounts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales and marketing effort
- Create, upload and engage on our social media accounts to drive interaction and show off our community
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to senior management
- Proven experience in sales and business development
- Strong background in outside sales
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively
- Proficiency in CRM software for managing customer relationships
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills t
- Previous experience with Senior Living Community Sales & Marketing (preferred but required)
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter, proven track record of success in closing sales
- An enthusiastic, flexible, energetic people person, capable of managing diverse personalities and projecting care and professionalism in all work-related situations
