Our client is seeking a motivated and outgoing Call Center Agent to join their expanding team in Lemoyne, PA. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, making outbound calls, and contributing to business growth. Responsibilities

+ Make a high volume of outbound telemarketing and cold calls to prospective customers.

+ Engage potential clients and introduce products and services.

+ Qualify leads and identify sales opportunities.

+ Schedule appointments and generate interest for the sales team.

+ Maintain accurate customer records and call notes.

+ Meet or exceed daily and weekly call activity goals.

+ Handle objections professionally and confidently.

+ Deliver exceptional customer service during every interaction.

Requirements

+ Previous experience in a call center, telemarketing, sales, or customer service role preferred.

+ Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

+ Comfortable making outbound cold calls.

+ Goal-oriented with a positive, energetic attitude.

+ Basic computer and data entry skills.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
