Position: Senior Account Specialist/Practice Development Manager (Aesthetic Medical Device)-WC, Co NY/Conn.
Location: Fairfield

Responsibilities:

  • Build and execute a sales strategy for assigned territory/customer base; penetrate territory.
  • Manage call planning, time management, and accurate forecasting.
  • Drive utilization via product demonstrations; provide customer training/education (indications, contradictions, safety).
  • Execute launch/install action plans; use reward programs/enrollment tools to drive consumable usage.
  • Coordinate user meetings/intro workshops; support trade shows and workshops.
  • Develop and maintain key customer relationships; identify new customers and grow existing base; conduct business evaluations/reviews.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on the industry and competitive products.
  • Maintain collaboration and communication with surgical/nonsurgical specialists, marketing, and clinical teams.
  • Generate leads and cross-sell opportunities for Capital Equipment Specialists.
  • Prepare sales contracts (terms, quotes, pricing).
  • Complete administrative tasks (quarterly business plans, account profiles/customer database, expense reports).
  • Build customer loyalty through service and communication.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma required;
    Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2+ years B2B sales experience required.
  • Experience selling consumables/medical products to plastic surgeons or dermatologists in FDA-regulated environments.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, surgical techniques, and procedures.
  • Maintain compliance with FDA/corporate guidelines; support GCP and GDP.
Skills/Requirements:
  • Strong selling, planning/organization, influence/closing, and time management.
  • Excellent written/oral communication; ability to present clinical/technical info to providers/groups.
  • Ability to connect with employees at all levels.
  • Valid driver’s license; clean driving record.
  • Travel ~75%; occasional weekends; transport up to 60 lbs.
  • Technical acumen (software/hardware basics).
Compensation/Benefits:
  • Base pay: $90K–$120K; eligible for annual bonus or sales incentive.
