, seeks a Sales Coordinator to support the branch in Colmar, Pennsylvania.
What is the opportunity?
This position is on-site 5 days per week.
The Sales Coordinator plays a critical role in driving consistency, accuracy, and operational alignment across the Landscape sales organization. Partnering closely with the Division President and regional leadership, this position serves as a central point of coordination for sales operations, supporting the disciplined execution of sales processes, pricing strategies, and systems. Through strong cross‑functional collaboration with Sales, Operations, and Administrative teams, the Sales Coordinator ensures clear communication, standardized practices, and timely execution of sales‑related initiatives that support revenue growth, operational efficiency, and an exceptional customer experience.
By coordinating standardized sales packages, maintaining pricing integrity, and supporting technology adoption, the Sales Coordinator helps translate strategic objectives into effective day‑to‑day execution. This role requires strong organizational skills, sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
What are the primary responsibilities?
- Own and maintain standardized sales packages, pricing sheets, and design options across all communities, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely updates.
- Ensure uniform application of sales documentation, pricing, and procedures across regions, identifying gaps and recommending improvements as needed.
- Support the implementation, adoption, and ongoing use of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales related technology platforms.
- Serve as a key liaison between Sales, Operations, and Administrative teams to ensure alignment and execution of sales initiatives as directed by the Division President.
- Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics, pipeline activity, and post closing opportunities to support decision making.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and data analysis for leadership reviews and planning discussions.
- Manage updates to sales collateral, design catalogs, and promotional materials, ensuring materials remain current and aligned with approved offerings.
- Coordinate logistics for sales training sessions, meetings, and role playing events to support sales effectiveness.
- Support onboarding of new sales team members by providing process documentation, system training, and tools needed for success.
