Pocono Summit, PA | $40K–$50K Base + Uncapped Commission + Bonuses

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As an Insurance Sales Representative, you'll:

• Build relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Work warm leads provided by the agency
• Conduct insurance consultations and sales presentations
• Quote and sell Auto, Home, Specialty, Life, and other insurance products
• Identify coverage gaps and additional financial service opportunities
• Follow up consistently and confidently close business
• Provide an exceptional client experience
• Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching
• Maintain a strong pipeline and work toward daily and monthly performance goals

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

REQUIRED:

Active Property & Casualty Insurance License

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Has 1–6 years of sales, insurance, telemarketing, or client-facing experience
• Is comfortable making up to 100 outbound calls per day using warm leads provided
• Has a proven history of meeting or exceeding goals
• Is competitive and motivated by results
• Has strong verbal, written, and listening skills
• Is highly coachable and willing to continuously improve
• Takes accountability instead of making excuses
• Is intrinsically motivated — you don't need someone standing over you to perform
