Parts Sales

We are seeking a full-time Inside Part Sales at our Bensalem, PA location. This position requires an outgoing personality and exceptional organizational skills. This is an onsite position at our shop in Bensalem, PA.

• Respond to customers’ calls and emailsin a fast-paced environment to satisfy customers’ needs
• Various administrative duties and day-to-day responsibilities for the parts sales department
• Develop and maintain professional business relationships with established and prospective customers
• Conduct appropriate follow-up as needed
• Providing support to our Outside Sales Team and Service Department
• Ability to connect with customers, co-workers, and vendors
• Work independently without direct supervision in a fast-paced environment
• Other duties as required

• 2+ years’ experience in parts.
• Self-motivated with solid organization skills and attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Effectively plan, organize and prioritize work
• Handle multiple issues simultaneously and effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, CRM software, and other sales tools.
