THIS ISN'T AN ENTRY-LEVEL SALES JOB

With 35+ years in basement waterproofing and foundation repair, we're seeking a Design-Sales Consultant who already speaks the language of structural repair and knows how to close — someone who can walk into a homeowner's basement, correctly diagnose the problem, and walk out with a signed proposal.

If you've got a proven track record of hitting sales numbers in construction or foundation-related work, this is where that experience pays off. Bring us the sales expertise, and we'll teach you the systems.

• Diagnosis: a trained eye for water intrusion, structural movement, and foundation failure
• Communication: the ability to translate technical findings into a clear, confident recommendation
• Design: custom system designs that solve the problem permanently — not a temporary patch
• Closing: a closer's instinct for turning a worried homeowner into a signed client, same visit
• Other duties as assigned

• Flexible Schedule — run appointments throughout the day, mornings, afternoons, or evenings, based on customer availability
• Consultative Selling — assess homes, educates homeowners, and presents expert-backed solutions for their specific foundation and water issues
• Solution Design & Proposal — build customized proposals that address structural concerns and deliver lasting protection
• Performance-Driven — close deals and end each day having grown both the business and your own numbers

• Lucrative commission structure:
• 10% commission on company provided leads

-12% commission on any self-generated leads.

• Company vehicle with gas card.
• Training pay for the first 4-12 weeks.
• Field based role- you won’t have to physically show up to the office located in Beaver Falls, PA.
