Job Summary

The Sales Associate with The Restaurant Storeis responsible for delivering an outstanding level of customer service and support throughout a retail branch location. This role is dedicated to engaging with customers forthe majority ofthe workday to ensure quick,accurateassistanceanda positive in-store experience. The Sales Associate will drive daily sales by providing product recommendations tailored to customer needs, supporting customers inlocatingmerchandise, and promoting store programs such as memberships, warranties, and service offerings.

• Engage in direct customer service and sales interactions forthe majority ofthe workday, focusing on understanding customer needs and delivering accurate,timely support
• Serve as the first point of contact for incoming phone calls by providing promptassistance, answering questions, and directing inquiries as needed
• Assist customers inlocatingproducts on the sales floor while offering informed product recommendations that align with their specific needs
• Promote and explain membership programs, warranties, andadditionalstore services to enhance customer value and overall experience
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe equipment display section through routine upkeep
• Communicate effectively with Sales Manager and Sales Team members to report stock needs, customer concerns, and operational issues that impact service
• Performadditionaltasks and support initiatives as assigned by management to ensure smooth location operations and alignment with overall business goal
