Sales Representative

Sesar Industrial is seeking a driven, hardworking Sales Representative who is ready to learn, build strong customer relationships, and grow within the industrial bolting industry.

Industrial bolting serves a wide range of essential industries, including natural gas, power generation, steel, chemical, manufacturing, oil refining, mining, railroad, wind energy, and more—providing an excellent opportunity to develop a long-term career in a diverse and growing market.

We are looking for someone who is motivated to learn our products, understand our customers' needs, and develop lasting relationships throughout our territory.

Sesar Industrial is the Western Pennsylvania distributor for TorsionX, a leading manufacturer of industrial bolting equipment. TorsionX tools are manufactured and assembled in Charleston, West Virginia, and we work closely with their team to provide our customers with dependable products, technical knowledge, and support. We also represent several other respected industrial brands, allowing us to provide comprehensive tooling solutions for our customers.

We offer a competitive base salary plus commission, providing both stability and significant earning potential. For a motivated, hardworking sales professional, there is no set limit on what you can earn as you grow your customer base and sales.

• Manage the Western Pennsylvania territory for industrial tool sales and rentals, including prospecting, cold calling, emailing, product demonstrations, customer meetings, networking, closing sales, and follow-up.
• Generate new business while developing and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships.

• Industrial sales experience and mechanical knowledge are a plus, but a strong willingness to learn and develop your knowledge of our products and industry is equally important.
• Must have a valid driver's license and ability to travel the Western PA territory.
• Must be able to pass a drug test.
