- Formulate and execute global pet food business development strategies and annual sales plans.
- Develop and maintain key global accounts (MARS, Purina, Hill's, Diamond Petfood, etc.) via sales activities and market expansion.
- Provide professional technical consulting, customize pet food processing and factory system solutions, and handle quotation work.
- Align with internal technical & R&D teams to deliver optimized solutions per customer needs.
- Build and lead a high-performance technical sales team; support up to 30% international travel.

- Align with internal technical & R&D teams to deliver optimized solutions per customer needs.
- Build and lead a high-performance technical sales team; support up to 30% international travel.
- 15+ years of professional experience in dry pet food manufacturing and equipment industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Agriculture or related majors preferred.
- Familiar with AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor or other 3D design software is a plus.
- Profound knowledge of dry pet food production, core processes (extrusion, drying, coating, cooling) and equipment.
- Familiar with pet food extrusion raw materials; proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent cross-cultural communication, negotiation and team management capabilities.
