- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve growth targets and expand service reach
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, and other healthcare professionals to generate referrals
- Conduct community outreach and education to promote the agencyâs services and expertise in home care and hospice
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination of care and services for clients
- Track market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for expansion
- Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline, and results to the management team
- Participate in networking events, conferences, and community programs to enhance visibility and relationships
- Provide support in developing marketing materials and messaging that resonate with referral partners
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the healthcare sector, specifically in Home Care or Hospice
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders
- Exceptional organizational skills with a proactive approach to managing projects and deadlines
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales and growth targets
- Reliable transportation and valid driverâs license; willingness to travel within the designated territory
- Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination or an approved Medical or Religious exemption
- Proof of Influenza (Flu) Vaccination or an approved Medical or Religious exemption
