Job summary:

The AG SALES SPECIALIST works under the direction of the AG/OTR Sales Manager; responsible for growing the Ag and OTR tire sales for K&M Tire in a designated region; extensive knowledge of the product and customers.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Increase Ag/OTR tire sales to produce maximum GP.

Work with and provide training and assistance to our dealers.

Assistance with tire warranties and adjustments.

Maintain current customers' sales and develop new business.

Keep informed of current training to ensure customers receive the best sales/service possible.

Daily Duties:

l . Responsible for growing the ag/otr tire sales in the assigned territory while maintaining a high level of GP.

Prospecting for new accounts

Maintain current customers and help secure new ag/otr customers for our dealers.

Must be knowledgeable of products and programs K&M has to offer with AG/OTR tires.

Assist in getting slow moving AG/OTR tire inventory sold.

Attend AG shows within K&M Tire sales territory.

Performs related work as required in a team atmosphere.

Present a clean, neat, professional appearance.

Make it easy and convenient to do business with K&M Tire.

Keep informed of current training to ensure customers receive the best sales/service possible.

Anything else needed to help obtain the goals of K&M Tire.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Two years of sales experience in the Commercial Tire Market
