Job DescriptionWe are seeking an eager and adaptable scientist with the willingness to grow within cell culture development & commercialization to support our ever‑growing and dynamic late‑stage biologics pipeline within the expansive Biologics S&T portfolio.

Key Responsibilities- Lab Operations (Primary Focus):
Execute and support lab‑scale mammalian cell culture runs, including bioreactor setup, operation, monitoring, sampling, and troubleshooting. Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient execution of lab activities. - Technical Strategy:
Support cell culture process development, process characterization, and regulatory filing activities to ensure a smooth path to successful PPQs and BLAs for the company’s pipeline. - Technical Knowledge:
Fundamental knowledge of mammalian cell culture processing of biologics (large‑molecule products). - Cross‑Functional
Collaboration:
Collaborate with diverse teams to achieve program goals as One Team. - Problem Solving:
Troubleshoot equipment and cell‑culture anomalies. - Communication:
Foster collaboration and ensure transparency. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Innovation:
Support business improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering, Biological Engineering, or a comparable discipline with 2+ years of experience.
- Experience in mammalian cell culture operations: aseptic handling, bioreactor operations, media preparation.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Salary range: $87,300.00 – $. Eligible for an annual bonus and long‑term incentive, if applicable.
