Research Assistant

Full Time Monday through Friday, 12pm-8pm

Main

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain caseload of study participants
  • Collect data using a variety of methods.
  • Enter data on research databases, such as SPSS.
  • Review data for errors in entry.
  • Attend Caron meetings involved with research activities, as needed.
  • Maintain satisfactory call completion rate to study participants
  • Respond to requests and provide information/data to internal parties.
  • Use judgment and be self-directed in performance of responsibilities.
  • This job may require at minimum 1 weekend a month (not to exceed
    2) and will involve scheduled evening hours.
  • This job description reflects assignment of essential functions; it does not prescribe or restrict the tasks that may be assigned.
  • Physical Requirements:

  • Light lifting and bending
  • Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.
  • Education/Experience

    Qualifications:

  • Minimum of bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience in mental health or addiction treatment or research
  • Previous call center experience preferred
  • Flexibility to adjust work schedule, including weekend and evening hours, to align with project goals and scheduled appointments.
  • If in recovery, 1 year of continuous sobriety is preferred.
  • Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

  • Attention to detail in work assignments.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and to prioritize work.
  • Familiarity with Word, Excel, SPSS software programs.
