Research Assistant

Full Time Monday through Friday, 12pm-8pm

Main

Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain caseload of study participants

Collect data using a variety of methods.

Enter data on research databases, such as SPSS.

Review data for errors in entry.

Attend Caron meetings involved with research activities, as needed.

Maintain satisfactory call completion rate to study participants

Respond to requests and provide information/data to internal parties.

Use judgment and be self-directed in performance of responsibilities.

This job may require at minimum 1 weekend a month (not to exceed
2) and will involve scheduled evening hours.

Physical Requirements:

Light lifting and bending

Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.

Education/Experience

Qualifications:

Minimum of bachelor's degree required.

Experience in mental health or addiction treatment or research

Previous call center experience preferred

Flexibility to adjust work schedule, including weekend and evening hours, to align with project goals and scheduled appointments.

If in recovery, 1 year of continuous sobriety is preferred.

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

Attention to detail in work assignments.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and to prioritize work.

Familiarity with Word, Excel, SPSS software programs.
