The Analytical Commercialization Technology group currently has an exciting opportunity for a Scientist at our West Point, PA site. The position is a laboratory-based scientific role in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment. In this role, you will be supporting registration stability testing for our Company's new small molecule drug products utilizing various analytical techniques.
Required
Experience and Skills:
- BS/BA in Chemistry or other related physical sciences discipline with at least 3 years of relevant pharmaceutical development experience OR MS in Chemistry or other related physical sciences discipline and at least 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Experience working in a GMP analytical laboratory setting
- Experience with common analytical techniques such as U/HPLC and dissolution
- Demonstrated problem solving ability
- Strong written and oral communication
Preferred
Experience and Skills:
- Experience in leading and authoring deviations or investigations
- Experience with analytical techniques relevant to pharmaceutical development, such as UV, IR, Karl Fischer, disintegration, etc. with proven ability in troubleshooting these methodologies
- Leading small teams focused on technical, compliance, or operational initiatives
- Experience with method development and validation

The salary range for this role is $87,300.00 - $. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.
The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
