About the RoleInformation Network Associates, Inc. (INA) is seeking dedicated and professional security personnel to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their property. This position is safety-sensitive and critical for providing top-tier security services at INA and/or its client sites.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough patrols of buildings, perimeters, and parking lots to prevent unauthorized access, vandalism, and threats, in compliance with all laws.
- Enforce policies and procedures according to site-specific SOPs and INA’s internal policies.
- Implement measures to prevent sabotage, terrorism, and other hostile activities.
- Manage ingress and egress points to secure designated areas.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and standards of conduct.
- Apprehend or detain individuals within your authority following legal guidelines.
- Respond promptly to emergencies per site protocols.
- Provide testimony in legal proceedings as required.
- High School diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
- At least 3 years of security or related experience, or relevant combination of education and experience.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass INA’s background check, drug screening, and criminal evaluation.
- Physical ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and in all weather conditions.
- Capability to walk, run, maneuver over terrain, and lift over 30 pounds.
