Role Overview

This position is responsible for handling a variety of duties and responsibilities involved in the management of installations to include the creation, configuration, and design of all systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Ability to interpret survey results received from the field.
• Serves as the Primary Liaison between the Sales and Installation Departments.
• Responsible to create, maintain, and update document database and design templates as needed.
• Responsible to coordinate customer installation tasks and resources to ensure installations are completed on-time, on-budget, and to a high-level of client satisfaction.
• Ability to negotiate with various technicians to bid special project and complex installations at or below budget.
• Responsible for communicating with customers and technicians to track and manage the progress and/or problems for each installation.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to budget and timeline constraints.
• Ability to work with Sales, Service, and other departments professionally to ensure customer satisfaction as it relates to the installation process.
• Possess an understanding of phases of construction, code/license requirements, and permitting process.
• Ability to manage new system installation in line with construction progress.

• Facilitate permitting process as it pertains to Fire Systems and new construction installations.
• Responsible to update internal systems in a timely fashion to ensure pertinent information is captured for future access.
• Responsible to provide reports in a timely fashion.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Five years of planning, designing, and/or project management experience in the security industry or equivalent experience

Work Requirements

• Position is considered sedentary and requires extended periods of telephone and PC exposure.
