Security Guard - Medical Center Patrol

Location: Wexford

Allied Universal - Up to $17.00/hour -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by following Allied Universal procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare setting.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation, coordinating with clinical staff, and contacting emergency services when required.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of corridors, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify irregular conditions and help to deter unauthorized activity.;
Support access control and visitor management by monitoring entry points, verifying authorized access, directing foot traffic, and assisting with after-hours protocols as assigned.;
Document security-related activities and observations in written reports and/or electronic systems, including incident details, patrol findings, and follow-up actions communicated to site leadership.
